Welcome to North Ridgeville Academic Center! 

Welcome to the 2025–2026 School Year!

My name is Shane Sullivan, and I’m excited to begin my third year as principal of North Ridgeville Academic Center. Serving the students and families of grades 3–8 has been an incredible experience, and I’m proud to continue leading a school community that is dedicated to academic growth, character development, and meaningful connections.

At NRAC, we strive to create a learning environment where every student feels safe, valued, and empowered to succeed. We believe that strong academics should go hand in hand with kindness, respect, and a sense of belonging. These core values shape everything we do—from classroom instruction to extracurricular activities—and I’m continually inspired by the passion and energy of our staff and students.

We know that education is strongest when families and schools work together. Throughout the year, you can expect consistent communication from us, including newsletters, teacher updates, and invitations to attend school events. Your partnership makes a meaningful difference in your child’s academic and personal growth.
